The Sea Eagles celebrate Tommy Talau's try

A golden opportunity to move another step closer to the all important top four awaits the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles at 4 Pines Park on Friday night.

The Sea Eagles will be looking to take their game to another level after disposing of the Raiders last week when they tackle the Warriors in a round 24 match that is set to be played in front of another huge home crowd.

Team news

Experienced prop Josh Aloiai returns to the starting side following a knee injury from the Roosters game in round 21. Centre Tolu Koula has been named as 18th man as he looks to return from a knee injury suffered in round 18 against the Cowboys.

Out of his way

What a sight it was in Canberra to see a charging Taniela Paseka in full flight to the tryline!

Imagine trying to put your body in front of a rampaging 120kg forward as you try to stop him from scoring. It takes a brave person.

Big 'Nella' is playing some terrific footy and is set to take his game to an even higher level over the next four to five seasons at Manly.

Start the Saab!

It's almost a shock to the system when you see that Sea Eagles winger Jason Saab hasn't scored a try in his past two games.

But like the well oiled machine he is, you get the feeling that 'Saaby'  will be firing on all cylinders again this Friday night. His record against the Warriors is an impressive one, crossing for eight tries in his past four games against them.

Take a bow, Manly fans

The Sea Eagles will again be banking on the incredible support from their army of fans when the club aims for their seventh sold out home game this year.

There's no place like home, and there's nothing like a packed 4 Pines Park when the Sea Eagles are firing.

Manly have now won eight of their past nine games at 'The Fortress' with six of our eight home games sold out this year.

Furthermore, the Sea Eagles would also like to thank all those supporters who travelled to Canberra last week for their incredible energy and noise they made against the Raiders. It certainly didn't go unnoticed by the players and coaching staff. How good is it when you hear the famous 'M.A.N.L.Y' chant echoing around an opposition's ground like it was last Saturday.

So, let's make it even more harder for the Warriors, who have won only one of their past five games at Brookvale.

We certainly know what it's like when we go across the 'ditch' in front of their passionate home crowd.
