Judiciary news: Corey Waddell

Sea Eagles forward Corey Waddell has pleaded guilty to a Grade 1 High Tackle - Careless charge following last night's match against the Sydney Roosters.

In pleading guilty, Waddell receives a $1000 fine for the Careless High Tackle on Joseph Sua'ali'i.

Meanwhile, Roosters centre Michael Jennings is facing time on the sideline after being charged with a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle offence on Manly's Jason Saab.

The tackle in the 30th minute of Saturday night's clash at Allianz Stadium forced Saab from the field for a HIA which he failed.

Jennings will be banned for two matches with an early guilty plea, increasing to three matches should he challenge the charge and be found guilty at the judiciary.

Fellow Rooster Sitili Tupouniua has been charged with Dangerous Contact and can accept a $750 fine with an early guilty plea.
