Manly Warringah Sea Eagles half-back Daly Cherry-Evans has again been appointed Queensland Maroons Captain.
Cherry-Evans has played 22 Origin games for Queensland and has captained the Maroons to three series victories in 2020, 2022, and 2023.
The 35-year-old has been in superb form again this season for the Sea Eagles.
Cherry-Evans will now go head-to-head with Manly team-mates Jake Trbojevic and NSW debutant Haumole Olakau'atu for Game One in Sydney on Wednesday, June 5.
The Sea Eagles will have the honour of having Cherry-Evans and Trbojevic as captains of both teams.
