Manly Warringah Sea Eagles can now provide the latest judiciary news on second-rower Haumole Olakau'atu and half-back Daly Cherry-Evans.
Both players were facing two-game bans after being charged with a Grade 2 Dangerous Throw offence on Parramatta forward Shaun Lane last Friday night.
The offence attracted a two-game ban with an early plea or a three-game ban if they unsuccessfully contested the charge at the judiciary.
The Sea Eagles have taken the early guilty plea for Olakauátu, who will miss the next two games ahead of his return against the Brisbane Broncos in Magic Round.
The club has submitted a guilty plea for Cherry-Evans but will be disputing the grading on Tuesday night to try and get a downgrade to a Grade 1 charge.
Cherry-Evans has never been suspended in his illustrious 313 game career for Manly.
