A brave Manly Warringah Sea Eagles suffered several injuries in tonight’s 22-all draw with the Warriors in Auckland.
The main concern is around Ben Trbojevic (hamstring), Toff Sipley (knee), and Lachlan Croker (shoulder).
Manly centre Reuben Garrick (concussion) and forward Nathan Brown (knee) missed the game tonight following last week's win over Penrith.
"It's a pretty beaten-up change room to be fair but I was really proud of that effort," said Sea Eagles coach Anthony Seibold.
“We lost three players during the game, so I was really proud of how the guys dug in, kept fighting. It’s a tough comp.
“We will have to get them assessed.”
In pleasing news for the Sea Eagles, Seibold confirmed prop Matthew Lodge and winger Jason Saab will return to the team for next week’s away match against the Gold Coast Titans.
Lodge has not played since suffering an ACL injury suffered in round 23 last year with Saab coming back from a hamstring injury from the round one win over Souths in Las Vegas.
“Reuben Garrick (concussion) and Nathan Brown (knee) will also come back as well, so we get a few troops back next week,’’ Seibold added.
“It looks like three or four guys in, three or four guys out.
“It’s really (good) timing that these guys are back healthy and are available for selection.”
