Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have unveiled an exciting new identity and emblem that brings a fresh, modern look whilst also paying homage to the Club’s rich history.
Two years in the planning, the new brand identity brings a creative feel to the Northern Beaches community and also represents the values that bond the maroon and white including resilience, honesty, tradition and unity.
A New Era
To honour the rich legacy of the Sea Eagles, the traditional Maroon and White scheme will remain at the centre of the team's new identity.
Manly’s home jersey will also retain the traditional hoops design, a specific reference to uniforms of the past.
The Club has also revealed new brand elements, including its MW Monogram and its visual supporting graphics.
The new powerful Sea Eagle logo carries forward elements of the past Manly emblems including;
- Maroon and White like traditional logos seen from the Club’s inception until 1977.
- A familiar circular motif that the Sea Eagles have incorporated from 1978.
- A sign of strength seen in the aggressive eagle features from the 2003 – 2023 emblem.
- A slanted typeface representative of forward movement and progress, with Manly Warringah clearly showcased to represent the Club’s historic name.
Manly Warringah CEO Tony Mestrov said the new logo honours the present and future progress of the Sea Eagles.
“As a Club, we are excited to rise together as one under our new identity while paying homage to our local community and what it means to represent the wonderful Northern Beaches," Mestrov said.
“We head into our 78th season in 2024 and while it’s important for our Club and members to pay tribute to our past history, we need to forge pathway to a new era.

“This has been a two-year project and the early collaboration and feedback we have had from our Members Council and some of the players has been very positive.
“The Sea Eagles are a Club that is built on resilience, respect, legacy and family.
“The legacy is out past, the present and our future. We honour the past but we forge towards a great future, and this new logo encompasses all of this and more.”
Sea Eagles Members and supporters can purchase select new merchandise at the Online Dynasty Store and Manly Leagues Club. New merchandise will include Jerseys, polos, gym shorts, graphic tees and hats.
