Blacktown Workers out to consolidate place in finals

Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles will be looking to further consolidate their place in the NSW Cup top five when they take on Penrith tonight.

With three rounds remaining, Blacktown Workers sit fourth on 28 points with Penrith eighth on 26 points. South Sydney are also on 28 points in fifth place. The top five teams contest the finals.

Blacktown Workers tackle the Panthers, Warriors (second) and the Bulldogs (third) in all away matches to finish the regular competition.

Earlier this season, Blacktown Workers beat the Panthers 26-24 at Penrith’s home ground with a six tries to four performance.

Blacktown Workers have enjoyed a great season already under new Coach Greg Boulous, who has this team playing some brilliant, attacking footy combined with a hard defensive edge.
