A hamstring injury meant Tom Trbojevic watched Magic Round on TV this year, so the Manly star is champing at the bit to experience the excitement next season.
All 16 teams will converge on Brisbane again in 2020, with eight matches to be held at Suncorp Stadium across three days.
The Sea Eagles lost 26-10 to the Broncos in their inaugural Magic Round fixture and have drawn the local team once more.
Trbojevic has played in plenty of big matches at Suncorp - not least State of Origin clashes with a hostile Maroons crowd - and he can't wait to feed off the venue's energy in Magic Round.
"I'm really excited - we've taken a few of our home games against Brisbane up to Suncorp Stadium [previously]," Trbojevic told NRL.com.
"It's a great concept and I'm really looking forward to being involved and playing in it this year.

"I've played a few games there against Brisbane with packed crowds and they let you know about it. It's a great place to play and it's a great place from an atmosphere perspective."
One-day tickets are now on sale for Magic Round to complement the three-day passes and NRL Travel options which had already been launched.
Trbojevic doesn't consider it a disadvantage to "host" the Broncos in their own backyard in front of what's sure to be a pro-Brisbane audience.

"It's not the same as playing them at Brookie [Lottoland] but we've done it for the last four or five years and we've gone alright up there," Trbojevic said.
"You've got to turn up on the day and play footy, so it shouldn't matter what stadium you play at."
The NSW and Australian representative believes the decision to condense Magic Round from four days to three will benefit supporters.
"They don't have be up there away from their families or work for so long; I definitely think it can be a good thing," he said.
"I think no matter when they play fans will turn up. Suncorp Stadium is an iconic place to play footy and fans love it."
The 23-year-old fullback expects to be given the all-clear to start contact training before Christmas as he nears full fitness after having surgery in September on a torn pectoral.
It was a frustrating year for Trbojevic, who was dogged by hamstring issues to start the season before reaching great heights once fit, especially in the Origin arena.
His pec injury in round 24 against Melbourne cruelly robbed him of featuring in the finals.
"I didn't play as many games as what I would have liked to but when I was able to play I was able to play some good footy," he said.
"I just need to find that consistency and stay on the field."

The Manly junior, who signed a mammoth six-year extension to remain at the club with brother Jake recently, is confident the Sea Eagles can soar in the new year after defying the doubters in 2019.
"We're looking to improve on that. We set a good platform last season but we need to get better, we want to be better, so that's what we'll look to do," Trbojevic said.
He added of his fresh contract: "It's a great feeling. It's what me and Jake both wanted to do.
"We're really happy at the club, they've given us a lot."
