Rd 15, 1947:  Cyril McMahon scored a try and kicked two goals in Manly’s 19-11 loss to North Sydney at Brookvale Oval.

Rd 15, 1952:  Outside back and prolific pointscorer Ron Rowles kicked seven goals in Manly’s 20-18 win over the Balmain Tigers at Brookvale Oval. Leo Nosworthy scored a double for the Tigers.

Rd 22, 1986:  Winger Stuart Davis scored two tries in the 27-22 loss to Eastern Suburbs Roosters at Brookvale Oval. Five-eighth Phil Blake and second-rower/captain Noel Cleal (pictured) also scored tries for Manly. Hooker Mal Cochrane kicked three from four goals.

Rd 22, 1987:  Centre Michael O’Connor scored half of Manly’s points in the 26-16 loss to Eastern Suburbs at Henson Park. O’Connor scored a try and kicked two goals. Noel Cleal and Darrell Williams also scored for the Sea Eagles.

Rd 18, 1992:  More than 14,000 fans watched full-back Matthew Ridge (below) kick four from five goals and a field goal in Manly’s 21-8 win over Penrith Panthers at Brookvale Oval.

Rd 21, 1998:  Manly winger Alf Duncan crossed for three tries and kicked a goal in the 20-18 win over the Balmain Tigers at Brookvale Oval in front of a crowd of 15,559.

Rd 21, 2010:  Winger Akuila Uate scored a hat-trick of tries in Newcastle’s 32-14 win over Manly in Newcastle.
