Big, strong, fast and skillful, Tom Trbojevic has made quite the statement on his debut season in the NRL.
The young fullback/winger made his first grade debut for the Sea Eagles in the round 5 clash against the Canberra Raiders at Lavington Sports Ground in Albury.
Despite Manly losing the game 29-16 it was the performance of the Mona Vale junior that had fans excited. Two tries in the match to young Tom was quite an impressive way to mark your NRL debut.
An ankle injury in the following match at Penrith further delayed his NRL progression but he soon made his return against the North Queensland Cowboys in Townsville where he scored a try and was unlucky to not grab a second.
Trbojevic was outstanding in the Round 21 clash against the Brisbane Broncos on the Central Coast where he bagged a brace of tries whilst constructing a brilliant team effort that was finished off by Kieran Foran.
Manly supporters have a lot to be excited about with Tom Trbojevic and It’s no doubt that Trent Barrett will be looking to get the best out of him and further nurture his progression in 2016.
