Sea Eagles Strength and Conditioning Coach Don singe has returned home to Narrabeen and caught up with Sea Eagles TV about his successful time away with New Zealand at the Four Nations, as well as how our representative trio in Kieran Foran, Peta Hiku and Daly Cherry-Evans have pulled up.
"It feels fantastic," Singe said being a part of the Kiwis Four Nations victory.
"It was a great campaign and I feel pretty refreshed coming back to work."
"It was a really exciting time. Steve Kearney put together a great squad, the coaching staff were outstanding and it was just a really energetic and enthusicatic crew. I think that really showed in our last game."
