Terms & Conditions

The winner must be an Australian citizen, and travellers must be 18 years and over, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• The winner must confirm their booking directly with TripADeal within 6 months from the date the prize is issued (Monday 18 March, 2024).
• Travel period is from 3 November 2023 to 28 March 2025, and blackout periods apply over the following dates: 11 March 2024 and 20 December 2024 to 4 January 2025.
• A TripADeal Voucher must be declared at the time of booking.
• Package is subject to availability and TripADeal reserves the right to select a new package should a 7-night Unlimited Food & Drinks Grand Mirage Bali package no longer be available.
• The prize is an accommodation package for 2 adults only (2 children under 4 years old eat, play & stay for free included in the package). Flights are not included for the 2 children. Any other expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the winner, not TripADeal.
• This TripADeal Voucher can only be redeemed via phone at 135 777. It can't be used with third parties or wholesalers or directly with the hotel.
• This TripADeal Voucher is not valid for use on associated travel services, concierge flight tickets, travel visas, travel insurance, vouchers, or any optional extras/supplements/surcharges associated with a current or previous travel deal.
• All bookings are subject to availability, and will be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Important Information of the selected travel deal.
• This TripADeal Voucher must be used within the stated validity period, or it will be deemed void.
• This TripADeal Voucher is non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used with any other coupon/offer/promotion or Gift Certificate.
