The Foundation not only helps grow future Sea Eagles players, it helps teenage boys and girls on their life journey. The Foundation’s duty of care helps provide the life skills necessary to give young boys and girls the best chance of being their best selves - as family members, friends, students, employees, entrepreneurs, and rugby league players. The purpose of this high performance sporting environment is to ensure that the players is a better person when they leave than when they entered it.
