Donation Requests /

The Sea Eagles are proud to support not-for-profit and charitable organisations with their events and other fundraising efforts.

The Club understands that providing support to the community is important.

The Sea Eagles assist a variety of not-for-profit and charitable organisations through awareness and fundraising activities, a variety of donations, complimentary tickets, player appearances and other club assets.

The Sea Eagles are inundated with donation requests from many worthy charities, schools, sporting organisations & individuals each year. Whilst we are committed to assisting the community, unfortunately we are unable to help every person or group with their request.

Donation & Assistance Policy:

The Sea Eagles DO NOT fulfil personal requests for signed memorabilia, including birthdays, weddings, graduations etc.
We do not accept any merchandise sent in for signing including football cards.  All items will be returned unsigned.  We do not take responsibility for any merchandise received that may end up in missing or addressed incorrectly.  Alternatively, you can become a Sea Eagles Member and receive exclusive invites to Members only fan days and open training sessions.

The following is required for all donation applications:

• Requests need to be in writing at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
• Requests must be on organisation letterhead and include Company Name, postal address and contact details.
• Where the request relates to a fundraising event on behalf of another not-for-profit organisation, the request must contain an authority letter verifying the authenticity of the event.
• Requests must include the full contact details of the beneficiary charity.
• Donations are limited to one per organisation, per year.

Unfortunately, requests for monetary donations and sponsorship will not be accepted.

In order for us to consider your request, please email community@seaeagles.com.au with your name, contact details, organisation (if applicable), member number (if applicable), event date and details and the type of donation you are requesting.
